o   Conversion of over 1000 military homes

o   Budget (Classified)

Oversaw and orchestrated the conversion of military homes on a military installation.  He led a team of 12 skilled employees and additional vendors to successfully convert homes for a military family, with a 94% pass rate, by the Army Department of Public Works. During a high traffic month his team was able to convert over 100 homes in a month (usual receipt was 30 homes per month) which led to Sevan negotiating for 50% more homes. Presented project deliverables to client and Sevan leadership on weekly basis for home progression deadlines. Success at Ft. Carson gave me the opportunity to help launch operations at 5 new military installations in the Southeast following the strategies I put in place.
